Traditionally, the mezuzah is mounted tilted interrupting the vertical flow of the doorpost.

The Schaechter Mezuzah's design proposes a vertical mezuzah with a pre tilted scroll.

Four model were created: the slot, revealing the scroll, the line, parallel to the scroll (my favorite), the shin that is an amalgam of the line mezuzah with its mirror image and finally the thin that is a narrow version of the line model intended for use in very narrow doorposts.

It is available in highly polished stainless steel or anodized aluminum.
