Shipping & Return Policy

 

Shipping:

The Moden Mezuzah Mezuzahs are made to order. Orders may take up to three weeks to ship. Please keep that in mind when placing an order. For urgent requests feel free to contact us Info@themodernmezuzah.com we can advise if your order can be expedited.

Please email Info@themodernmezuzah.com if you purchased a gift that will not be delivered in time. We will be happy to send a gift email letting the recipient know they have a gift headed to them!

*We reserve the right to terminate any order and will provide a full refund.

Looking to return or exchange your order? We're here to help! We offer returns or exchanges within 5 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

  • Items purchased at a discount or on sale are considered FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Returned items must be in their original packaging.
  • Returned items must not be broken, dented, damaged, or with visible signs of wear or use.
  • Returns/Exchanges may incur a 15% restocking fee. 

To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:

 

  1. Send us an email at info@themodernmezuzah to start your return.
  2. Include order number and the items you are returning.
  3. A shipping label will be emailed back to you.
  4. Send all items back to us using the label provided.

IMPORTANT:

 

  • Return request is only valid if within 5 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be received within 5 business days of your return .
  • There will a be charge of $10 for the return shipping label if provided. 
  • Any return restocking fees the customer will need to pay.
  • We do not take any responsibility if an item is returned broken.
  • We recommend that the items are bubble wrapped to avoid items breaking in the journey.
  • We will deduct the shipping label fee from your refund.
  • The shipping label will have insurance and if the item is returned damaged, you can submit a claim through USPS to get the insurance claim payment.
