Refund policy

Looking to return or exchange your order? We're here to help! We offer returns or exchanges within 2 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

  • Items purchased at a discount or on sale are considered FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Returned items must be in their original packaging.
  • Returned items must not be broken, dented, damaged, or with visible signs of wear or use.

To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:

  1. Send us an email at info@themodernmezuzah to start your return.
  2. Include order number and the items you are returning.
  3. A shipping label will be emailed back to you.
  4. Send all items back to us using the label provided.

IMPORTANT:

  • Return request is only valid if within 2 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be received within 4 business days of your return .
  • There will a be charged $8 for the the return shipping label.
  • Any return restocking fees the customer will need to pay.
  • We do not take any responsibility if an item is returned broken.
  • We recommend that the items are bubble wrapped to avoid items breaking in the journey.
  • We will deduct the shipping label fee from your refund.
  • The shipping label will have insurance and if the item is returned damaged, you can submit a claim through USPS to get the insurance claim payment.
